Full Stack Softwareentwickler:in
Auf folgende Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen:
- Du entwickelst und implementierst individuelle, komplexe Softwarelösungen sowie ansprechende und benutzerfreundliche Single-Page-Applikationen und Mobile Apps in direkter Abstimmung mit unserer Kundschaft.
- Als Teil des interdisziplinären Projektteams gestaltest du den Software-Lebenszyklus agil: von der Planung und Architektur über die (Schnittstellen-)Entwicklung bis hin zum Testing und Betrieb.
- Deinen Schwerpunkt legst du als Allrounder:in je nach Bedarf mal auf Frontend- und mal auf Backendentwicklung.
- Du verfolgst aktuelle Technologietrends, stehst im projektübergreifenden Austausch mit anderen Entwickler:innen und teilst dein Wissen gern in Blogbeiträgen, Meet-ups etc.
Über folgendes Profil freuen wir uns:
- Egal, ob du nach deiner Berufsausbildung oder deinem Studium bereits viel oder wenig Berufserfahrung als Software Engineer:in, Web Developer:in oder Entwickler:in gesammelt hast: Backend- und Frontendentwicklung sind für dich kein Entweder-oder, sondern ein Sowohl-als-auch.
- Technologisch hast du idealerweise schon Projekte mit z. B. Java, Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, React Native, Flutter und/oder Webtechnologien wie React umgesetzt.
- Falls du dich mit REST, Schnittstellen, Microservices, Verteilten Systemen, Test Driven Development und Softwarequalität auskennst: sehr gut. Falls nicht, lernst du es hier.
- Du hast Erfahrung darin bzw. Lust darauf, im agilen Projektteam eng und direkt mit Kund:innen zusammen zu arbeiten, deren Bedürfnisse und Bedarfe genau zu verstehen und passgenaue Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln.

What I like most about my job as a software developer at Micromata is the flexibility and the variety. There are always new, exciting tasks in the areas of frontend, backend, UX design, requirements engineering or project management that I can throw myself into. I never get bored - on the contrary, I'm always learning something new. And of course, I also appreciate the freedom that flexitime and the individual choice of work location and work equipment give me.
I really appreciate the team, the great cooperation and the fun I have at Micromata. You can tell when people are passionate about their job. Even after a few years at Micromata, I am always amazed how we develop and implement many great ideas in a very short time, and that in a very good working atmosphere.
