TOP JOB employer of the year 2010
In 2010 Micromata has been awarded as TOP JOB employer of the year for its excellent personnel work. Everybody gets a chance here to unfold his potential and to develop his individual skills.
"The award approves our ambition. It certifies how important our employees are to us. And how our crew appreciates our HR commitment. That's why we agree in the TOP JOB code of honour which contains a fair personnel practice also and especially in economically difficult times" says Kai Reinhard, CEO of Micromata.
The TOP JOB seal of quality is given by the University of St. Gallen Switzerland to the best employers of all medium-sized businesses. The correspondent initiative is under the patronage of Wolfgang Clement, former minister for economy and work in Germany.
Fair Company
Since July 2010 we are member of "Fair Company". This initiative is organized by the economy journals Handelsblatt and Wirtschaftswoche. The participating companies commit to a fair treatment of trainees and student apprentices.
This code of practice contains the following aspects:
- Fulltime positions will not be replaced by trainees or student apprentices.
- Graduates will not be put off with a traineeship if they applied for a regular position.
- Trainees will not be bait with an airy prospect of a fulltime position.
- Traineeships will be provided to gain working experience mainly during the professional education.
- Trainees will get an adequate allowance.
