Via a personal service hotline you can reach the technician who has programmed and integrated the software into your system at any time. He is able to answer all your questions, analyse possible operational faults immediately and of course eradicate them – either via telephone, via remote maintenance or on the spot.
This also applies to software of other vendors which run in your company under Micromata’s name. Our technician is familiar with all installed applications. Should programmes of other manufacturers cause trouble, our technician will also help you with that. Hence, for all your questions you have a contact person around the clock – preparing you for all eventualities.
