Micromata gets silver during the competition ‘Healthy Companies Nordhessen 2012’

Examples that aim to contribute to work-life-balance include flexible and family-friendly working hours, regular Shiatsu massages, a relaxation room with massage couch and relaxing music, a healthy and mostly organic meal provision and most importantly a space in which to unfold creativity.
With regards to sports activities Micromata is involved in various active projects such as hiking, running, climbing, playing squash and diving. Everybody can choose freely and activtities may vary over time based on interests.
Anybody is free to become involved with the Work-Balance AG and can co-decide the activities that are on offer for the facilitation of fun and well-being.
The competition ‘Healthy Companies Nordhessen 2012’ has been organised by the Regional Management of Nordhessen for the third time in a row now and the jury constitutes representatives from local health authorities from the region of Kassel as well as representatives from the Industry, Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Handicrafts.
