Sweets for Africa
One can never have enough of sweets! Expecially when something good comes of it! Customers who visited the 'tegut' branch at Marbachshöhe in Kassel were able to top their shopping experience with some delicvious waffles available in exchange for a donation fee of their own choice.
The waffle sale was held to raise money for the Oxfam Trailwalker Germany and Belgium as Micromata's team needs to pay an entry fee of €2,000 for each one of the racec. All money raised is put towards Oxfam International's educational projects in Africa.
Selling waffles is only one of important fund-raising activtities and brought a return of €320.
Special thanks goes out to Mr Heinemann who provided the venue, the equipment as well as the ingredients for the tasty waffles in the name of the local 'tegut' branch.
